Here at Barnum, we understand the importance of how college internship opportunities can impact your future. What could help you decide your future career path better than an 8-week (paid) trial!? That’s why we’ve developed a cutting-edge internship model, designed to provide you the experience essential to determine if this is the career for you.
This internship will put you directly into the business. You’ll observe the life of a financial advisor by working alongside a mentor, learning how to assess client needs and design strategies to set them on a path to greater financial security. At the end of the program, you’ll know if this is the career for you, and if it is, the experience, knowledge and skills you’ll gain will put you a step ahead once you graduate.
What is Advisor Scholar?
Advisor Scholar is a dynamic summer internship program for motivated individuals interested in a career as a Financial Services Representative after they graduate from college. Each AdvisorScholar will participate in several “ learning” projects, and will work one on one with his or her assigned mentor.

Team Projects and “ deep dives” into business units and traditional classroom learning
