This position is responsible for servicing existing Barnum P&C clients. There are opportunities for career advancement, in addition to hands-on training to facilitate your growth & knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.

Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer phone for P&C servicing calls

  • Assist clients with policy changes on a variety of different P&C products

  • Answer billing questions and process payments

  • Process mortgage change requests

  • Add/replace vehicles & drivers on auto policies

  • Run carrier reports for policy updates


Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License preferred 

  • Prior agency management system experience preferred, EZLynx experience ideal

  • Client-first attitude 

  • Professional and service-oriented phone etiquette

  • Confident, organized, and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details 

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, advisors, carriers, and leaders

  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills

  • Comfortable with and proactively contributing to a collaborative team environment 

  • Ability to use discretion and maintain client confidentiality 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
